- BURNING TIME: Take a piece of charcoal & heat it with a small flame (lighter/cooker) for about 60 seconds until it becomes red hot. Place the red hot coal on the incense burner with tongs. Sprinkle on the charcoal & scented smoke will diffuse very quickly. Can also be used on electric burners.
- CAUTION: For external use only. Do not leave a candle flame unattended & do not inhale smoke or fumes directly. Do not touch charcoal burner as it gets hot. Keep out of reach of children.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, an alternative item or an online coupon of equal value will be provided. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
No Returns
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer support immediately. After verification, an online coupon equal to the product value will be issued.
