Shipping, Exchange and Clearance Policy

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, an alternative item or an online coupon of equal value will be provided. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

No Returns
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer support immediately. After verification, an online coupon equal to the product value will be issued.

Clearance Sale Items
Clearance items are final sale. No exchange, return, or refund is allowed. These items may have a short expiry but remain safe to use.

Sale Pricing
Orders placed before sales campaigns are not eligible for discounted prices.

Delivery
Courier delays or additional charges may occur. We will assist where possible but are not fully responsible for courier related issues.
